I am currently a Heising-Simons 51 Pegasi B prize postdoctoral fellow in young exoplanets at the University of Texas at Austin. My research focusses on using young groups of stars, such as 1-50 Million year old star forming regions and moving groups, and 100-800 million year old open clusters, as astrophysical laboratories to understand processes like exoplanet orbital and atmospheric evolution, star formation history and primordial environment, multiplicity, circumstellar disk evolution, and to calibrate the latest models for stars and planets.

How to planets form and evolve over their lifetimes? How does the birth cluster environment influece the mature planet population we observe today? What is the output of star formation and how do clusters of stars evolve? These are the questions that are most interesting to me. I also love working with large datasets and designing innovative data-intensive methods for addressing science questions.
