I am a postdoctoral fellow working with Drs. Don Winget and Mike Montgomery in conjunction with scientists at the Z Facility of Sandia National Laboratories on experiments for stellar interior opacity research.  I earned my PhD in Physics at the University of Nevada, Reno in 2020 for work on laboratory experiments involving photoionized plasmas relevant to environments in x-ray binary systems, accretion disks, and active galactic nuclei.
